We Invest in Efficiency
As an ISO Certified preferred supplier, we have a long history of investing in the latest CNC lathes and Mills to increase efficiency and capabilities dating all the way back to the 1980’s. With a large collection of cnc lathes and mills, we can take your 50pc prototype part and turn it into a production run and if needed right into a high volume screw machine job.

With a background in screw machining, we use form tooling and custom tooling to maximize our cycle times in order to keep pricing low. Our stock sizes range from 7/32 rd to 3″ rd through the spindle. This allows us to bar feed jobs all the way up to 3″ to eliminating unnecessary operations. We also have the ability to chuck up to 10″ in diameter.

Our milling department compliments our cnc lathe department by managing those secondary operations that are required, including 5 axis CNC machining. Although JCGibbons is not a milling shop we certainly provide milling operations daily to support our turning needs.

With over 60 years in business JCGibbons has developed an outstanding vendor list that allows us to processes those parts that require heat treat, plating, thread rolling, deburring, cleaning and mag inspection to name few. We will manufacture your part complete.

Small run or high volume, our CNC department has access to both the mills and warehouses and can secure and manage almost any grade of material. From cold finished carbon steel, to aluminum CNC machining, to non-ferrous metals and plastics, our customers also can supply us with cold and hot forgings or we can supply and stock needed materials.
